Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The process of Cancellation can only be ensured if the order has not been dispatched. In order to cancel, we request the visitor to send an email quoting the order number, with the subject ‘Cancellation’, to info@bpaspublications.com. All sales are final except in cases of defective Journals or damaged in transit, or if there has been an error on the Company’s part. The request for replacement of damaged books must reach the Company within 72 hours of delivery, along with a photo of the defective or damaged product and the ISSN number. There is a 15% service charge on all cancelled subscriptions. 

Cancellations are not accepted orders once processed except duplicate payment. Claims for non-delivered items must be made within 19 days of dispatch and no later than 120 days of order; refunds will not be processed if BPAS Publications was not informed of non-delivery within 120 days of order. Processing and special order fees are non-refundable.
